  • My T.O.S. is subject to change/editing without notice.

  • By purchasing a commission you have agreed to all of the terms of services.

  • I have a right to deny service for any reason, and reason does not have to be provided.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, except in the case of a piece that has already been started, in which case a discussion will be had.

  • I retain rights to a piece or character unless otherwise stated.

  • Clients can resell characters they have commissioned from me, either at the same or a lower price, unless they have added more art, writing, or other forms of media relating to the character.

  • Clients may repost artwork as long as I am credited, and the posting is not for profit. [No selling t-shirts of my work, etc.]

  • No NFTs of my art. Perish.

Ordering a Piece

  • All payments are accepted in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Acquiring a quote for a piece can be done at any time for no fee or expectation of purchase.

  • A nonrefundable deposit may be made to secure a slot when they are available.

  • Otherwise, slots are first-come-first-serve, though priority may be given either to higher-paying clients or established clients.

  • 10% is non-refundable in case of refunds.

  • Upon half, or more, payment, the piece will begin work. Unless otherwise discussed.

  • Upon full payment, the piece will be completed and sent unwatermarked.

  • WIP pictures will be sent, though they also can be requested at any time.

  • Deadlines are not accepted.

  • I will store evidence of proof of the piece being drawn, approval of each WIP stage, proof of sending, and the commissioner's agreement to this TOS.
